Awesome massage experience. Mandy was fantastic! She worked all my kinks & knots out after a stressful week. Very pleasant and always checked with me on the pressure and comfort level. I will definitely come back again. A welcome & relaxing experience after two disappointing & failed attempts at another establishment nearby. This one hits the mark. Plus the included hot stones was a nice touch & therapeutic.
The massage is top notch! No you’re not going to get the glitz and glamour. No the aromatherapy isn’t what some may want and the music isn’t in the room but they are clean!!! BUT what you’re going to get is a GREAT MASSAGE!!!! Hands down my massage with Mandy was awesome. She applied what pressure I asked for in what spots needed it more than others, a little language barrier but that was expected and should be. I would definitely recommend YING MASSAGE and MANDY my masseuse. Definitely will continue to use.
One of the best massages I've ever had. Great service for a great price and every massage comes with hotstones!!!
I had a very disappointing experience here. When I arrived for a foot massage, there was no offer to wash or soak my feet before starting, which I found unhygienic and unusual for a spa service. When I questioned it, the staff member at the front desk became unprofessional and argumentative. As I decided to leave, the situation escalated and I was spoken to in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. No customer should be treated that way. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Professionalism, cleanliness, and basic customer service were lacking.
Had an excellent experience at Ying Massage. My therapist was Kevin, and he did a fantastic job. His pressure was strong and effective without being too intense, exactly what I was looking for. He was attentive throughout the session. There was a bit of a language barrier, but it wasn't a real issue. We were able to communicate well enough. Definitely not something that detracted from the experience. The space itself is clean and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Overall, a great experience and I'd definitely go back. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality massage.
